Overview
Renault Enfield is looking for an experienced motor retail sales executive to join our busy dealership on Crown Road (EN1). You will be joining a Sales Team that prides itself on providing excellent customer care. Our large, lively showroom features new cars from the popular Renault and Dacia ranges. You will also be selling add-ons, e.g. finance, insurance, extended warranties, service plans and other add-ons, all of which enhance your own personal earnings.
Strong public demand and reasonable stock availability has led to us opening this exciting job vacancy.
Responsibilities
- Sell new cars from Renault and Dacia ranges and promote add-ons (finance, insurance, extended warranties, service plans, and other add-ons)
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and personal earnings
What Youll Bring
- Experience in motor vehicle retail preferably with a main dealer
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- Determination to succeed and professionalism
- Full UK driving licence (automatic only licence holders will be considered)
Working pattern
An Average Minimum Of 45 Hours Per Week Working a 5.5-days Week On a 2-week Variable Rota Pattern. You Will Work 5 Days One Week And 6 Days The Following Week, Including Saturdays And Sundays As Follows
- Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00 or 8:30–18:00 (week depending)
- Saturdays, 8:30–17:00
- Sundays, 10:00–16:00
Compensation
- Basic salary of £25,500 per annum
- OTE £51,000 per annum (a proportion of which is paid on order take); top performers earn circa £75k per annum
- A demonstrator car from day one and a company car after 1 month’s service
