We are looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join the Parts Department at Renault Cardiff. You will be joining a welcoming team in a well-established main dealership where clear communication, accuracy and supportive teamwork are valued every day.
What You’ll Do
- Serve customers at both the front counter (retail) and back counter (workshop).
- Support Technicians with accurate and timely parts supply.
- Manage parts ordering, deliveries, returns and stock control.
- Look after our parts storage area to ensure everything is safe, tidy and easy to access.
- Use dealership systems such as Kerridge, Autoline or similar platforms.
- Provide product information in a helpful, non-pressured way.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a parts advisor or automotive parts environment.
- Backgrounds in main dealers, manufacturer-owned groups, motor factors, trade parts operations or national parts retailers.
- Confidence using automotive parts systems (Kerridge, Autoline, Keyloop or similar).
- A calm, helpful and professional approach to customer communication.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
If you have main dealer experience, you will be prioritised for interview, though this is not essential.
Hours & Pay
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm (30-minute lunch break)
- 1-in-3 Saturday mornings, 8:30am to 12:30pm (paid at time-and-a-half)
- Basic salary: £27,500 per annum
- Bonus: Achievable, regularly reached OTE of £33,000 per annum
