Overview
Car Sales Executive – Alpine, Cardiff (CF11). £31,500 pa OTE £55,000 uncapped plus car. Alpine Centre Cardiff is looking for an experienced motor retail sales executive to join our busy dealership on Penarth Road (CF11).
The role involves sales of Alpine vehicles together with associated services like finance, insurance, care products and accessories through a structured sales process whilst delivering excellent customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome and advise customers in the role of expert
- Project a positive image of the company and act as ambassador of the Alpine brand
- Represent the company at local promotions and events organised both internally and by nationally owned clubs and high-performance vehicle forums
- Attend all Alpine business meetings organised by the manufacturer
- Actively participate in all Alpine and top-range vehicle forums
- Develop and maintain the company’s reputation and presence by using social media (e.g. Facebook, Twitter and websites)
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in motor vehicle retail preferably with a main dealer
- Confident, friendly and able to build rapport
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- Determination to succeed and professionalism
- Full UK driving licence
Working pattern
You\’ll be working an average minimum of 45 hours per week, 5 days a week:
- 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday
- Regular weekday off
- 8.30am – 5pm Saturdays – 1 Saturday per month off
- Closed Sundays
