We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Supervisor to join our friendly Parts team based in our Pioneer Park, Bristol (BS4) location.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the Service Manager by the effective day-to-day running of the Parts Department by contributing to the development of departmental plans and budgets, ensuring accurate stockholding for optimal parts availability, and supporting financial and sales performance
- Ensuring the trade and bodyshop customers are marketed to their full potential via mail shots, visits and telephone to increase and maintain sales volume and profitability
- Utilising daily and weekly statistics and monthly management accounts systems to monitor and control departmental productivity and profitability
- Administer and resolve all customer parts enquiries and complaints in a competent and timely manner
- Regular stock checks and monitor continuously stock levels to ensure minimum obsolete stock
- Maintain Parts reception area to agreed housekeeping standards
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a Parts Supervisor role preferably at a main dealer
- Proven understanding of automotive service and parts
- Strong commercial awareness
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of CDK Drive, Kerridge
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
The working hours are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with one hour for lunch. Saturday mornings 8.30am-12.30pm on a rota (1 in 3) for which overtime is paid.
