Renault Bristol is looking for a Sales Controller to join our busy dealership at Pioneer Park (BS4). You’ll be assisting the Sales Manager in implementing the new and used car sales policy.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Developing the necessary sales volumes to meet sales and profitability objectives
  • Maximising sales and profitability through satisfaction and retention of customers to meet sales forecast
  • Ensuring budgets and sales objectives are met by support to direct selling staff, to control margin within each deal
  • Ensuring optimum display in terms of both numbers and quality of the used stock
  • Maintaining direct liaison with manufacturer representatives and all other contacts
  • Help formulate marketing plan and initiate car sales promotions
  • Reviewing all pricing policies, discounts and 'trade in' dealing with respect to sales to maintain dealership profitability

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in motor vehicle retail preferably with a main dealer
  • A proven track record of successfully delivering monthly financial and volume-based targets
  • Knowledge of financial products and services
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Determination to succeed and professionalism
  • Full UK driving licence

Working pattern:

You’ll be working 45 hours per week. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-6pm, Saturday 8.30am-5.30pm. With a day off during the week and no Sunday working as we are closed on that day.
