Territory Brand Ambassador

Job Title: Regional Ambassador Location: Covering South Wales & M4 area, based in or near Swindon Working Hours: 37.5 hours/week (Monday – Friday + 1 Sat or Sun/month, with time off in lieu) Contract: Permanent Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Ambassador to represent our company, engage with retailers and customers, and meet key performance targets. You will promote and support retail objectives, ensure proper in-store merchandising, and drive sales and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Assist customers during store visits to meet sales targets. Manage training, merchandising, and compliance within your region. Report regional opportunities during monthly meetings. Complete compliance reports and gather consumer insights. Deliver in-store training to promote brand advocacy and product knowledge. Build and maintain relationships with in-store personnel. Become an expert on LG products. Coach and mentor in-store sales ambassadors. Plan and execute store visits aligned with KPIs. Attend training workshops and events. Candidate Profile Proven sales record and target-driven mindset. Strong decision-making and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills. Effective time management and prioritization. Problem-solving abilities. Experience in field marketing or retail ambassador roles. Ability to deliver training and facilitate in-field sessions.
