The role involves overseeing the transportation of a small team of stock counters to and from retail sites, ensuring timely and accurate stock counts.

Responsibilities

  • Follow correct processes for notifying the count team of pick-up points and timings for each shift.
  • Escalate any vehicle issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Complete a team attendance sheet detailing stock counters expected on the bus, who attended, and the arrival time.
  • Ensure stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner while on site.
  • Stand for prolonged periods of time and use equipment to reach high stock as required.
  • Drive the company minibus, driving time paid, between retail customer sites and stores.

Qualifications

  • Full Driving Licence.
  • Able to work unsociable hours, early mornings or night shifts.
  • Minimum age 25 years.
  • 'Can do' attitude and able to work long shifts on large counts.
  • Quick learner to adapt to new technology.
  • Experience handling stock is an advantage but not necessary.
