Mobile Auditor (RAS-SCI)
Full-time, permanent role based in the UK. Salary: £26,598 per annum.
At RAS Supply Chain Integrity, we protect stock accuracy for major retailers across their supply chains. From inbound deliveries to outbound dispatch, we ensure stock is right, errors are caught early, and retailers can trust the products that reach their shelves. The Mobile Auditor team is part of this mission, working at customers’ stores or distribution centres and leading daily stock accuracy checks.
Role
The role is a hands‑on position based at a specific geographic location. You will take responsibility for daily auditing output and accuracy, ensuring that stock matches paperwork, delivery requests and operational expectations. You’ll manage your own schedule and route, deliver audits, drive performance and keep standards consistently high.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily stock accuracy audits on pallets, cages and trailer loads
- Check outbound or inbound loads against driver paperwork
- Verify incoming deliveries and highlight discrepancies quickly
- Monitor audit data to spot trends, errors and performance gaps
- Ensure daily KPIs are achieved across both quality and output
- Maintain clear documentation and audit records
- Support continuous improvement and raise standards on site
- Manage your own time and delivery
Requirements
- Experience in a warehouse environment (audit, checking, stock control, dispatch or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and confidence with basic calculations
- Comfortable leading a team and managing performance
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge
- Ability to stay focused and consistent in a fast‑paced environment
- Must be aged 18 +
- Driving licence – essential, vehicle preferred
Hours and Shift Pattern
37.5 hours per week (plus a daily 30‑minute unpaid break). 5 days out of 7, with flexible working shift patterns available upon request.
