Role: Team Leader - Watford; As a Retail Shift Leader you will take accountability for managing teams of stock counters, delivering the end to end stock taking service while on our client's sites. Flexible availability is required as shift lengths may vary and you will be travelling to a different client site each day. You may occasionally be expected to stay away from home.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage teams of stock counters on client sites to deliver end-to-end stock taking services.
  • Ensure correct procedures and processes are followed.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards on all sites.
  • Ensure stock counts are completed accurately and within the given time frame.
  • Monitor and improve team productivity where possible.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Full Driving License
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Effective communication with all levels of personnel
  • Basic IT skills
  • Ability to remain focused under pressure
  • Time management skills and ability to work without immediate supervision
  • Willingness and ability to travel

  • Days: Monday – Sunday (5 in 7 day pattern)
  • Hours: Evening/Night shifts – 48 hours per week

Additional Information

Please note all work will require prolonged periods of standing and some use of step stools and ladders. Some sites are in warehouses or large retail premises where you may be required to access and work with ground and high level stock. This role involves working unsociable hours, including early mornings or night shifts. We are unable to hire anyone under 18 years old.
