Retail Merchandiser Location: Sheffield. Immediate start. Wages: £14.29 – £15.41 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay (£12.75 – £13.75 per hour + £1.54 – £1.66 holiday pay).

The Role
We are looking for a number of retail merchandisers to join our already successful team. Work will be carried out in a variety of retail stores, with travel varying on a shift‑by‑shift basis. Having your own vehicle would be advantageous. You will be working as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management and must be able to work at a fast pace to meet the high standards expected by our clients.
Duties
- De‑merchandise and re‑merchandise to planograms, clean the fixture where required, and reprofil the fixture to ensure each product is shoppable for the customer.
- Transport stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor.
- Support the store with replenishment as needed.
- Shifts are 10‑12 hours, days and nights (most shifts are nights).
- Access to work will be via your smartphone through our Field Power platform.
- Clock in and out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
- Travel may be required when local work is not available; accommodation will be provided when needed to stay away from home.
Key Skills & Experience
- Eye for detail.
- General level of fitness; manual handling and lifting will be involved.
- Hard‑working and able to work under pressure.
- Previous experience in retail (training will be provided).
- Problem‑solving and a "can do" attitude.
- Availability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights.
- Minimum age 18 years or over.
