Retail Stocktaker / Stock Counter
Overview
Retail & Asset Solutions (RAS) seeks a Retail Stocktaker to join our minibus teams, covering retail customer sites across the UK. The role involves quickly and accurately counting stock using handheld scanners.
Responsibilities
- Count stock accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Stand for prolonged periods and use equipment to reach high stock.
- Adhere to irregular hours, including early mornings, evenings, and at night.
Qualifications
- Minimum age 18 years or older.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
- Hands‑on experience with handheld scanners or willingness to learn.
- Positive, can‑do attitude and capacity to work long shifts.
- Quick learner, adaptable to evolving technology.
- Experience handling stock is an advantage but not required.

Pay and Working Hours
Hourly wage: £12.75 + £1.54 holiday pay = £14.29 inclusive of holiday pay. Typical week: 3‑4 shifts of 8‑12 hours.
Location
Middlesbrough, available to work throughout June and July.
