Overview

Do you have an interest in Retail? Are you looking for a role where you will be involved in high profile projects for some of the UK’s leading grocery supermarkets? We have Retail Merchandiser opportunities that offer flexible working patterns and a job where each day and week is different.

The Role

We are looking for retail merchandisers to add to our successful team. Work will be carried out in a variety of retail stores, with shift‑by‑shift travel. Having your own vehicle would be advantageous. You will work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management, and must maintain a fast pace and high standard.

Duties

  • De‑merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning fixtures where required.
  • Reprofiling fixtures to ensure each product is shoppable for the customer.
  • Transport stock from the warehouse to the shop floor.
  • Support the store with replenishment as needed.

Shifts are between 10–12 hours, days and nights (most shifts are nights). Work may involve travel and accommodation when required. You will accept shifts via the Field Power platform and clock in/out using the RAS Dashboard on your smartphone.

Key Skills / Experience Required

  • Eye for detail.
  • General fitness; manual handling and lifting will be involved.
  • Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
  • Previous retail experience, although training will be provided.
  • Problem solving and a “can do” attitude.
  • Availability for unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights.
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age and over.
