The RAS Supply Chain Integrity protects stock accuracy for major retailers across their supply chains. This hands-on auditing position is based at a customer’s distribution centre, where you will physically check stock for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and document results clearly. You will ensure that pallets, cages, and loads match paperwork and delivery requirements before leaving the depot.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct physical audits of pallets, cages, and trailer loads
- Check outbound loads against driver paperwork and delivery requests
- Verify inbound deliveries and report discrepancies
- Record audit outcomes accurately
- Escalate stock errors or mismatches quickly and professionally
- Work to daily targets and quality standards
- Support continuous improvement by spotting recurring issues
- Follow site safety procedures and work efficiently in a mixed environment
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a warehouse environment (stock control, checking, audit, picking, dispatch, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and basic calculation skills
- Ability to work to targets while maintaining high standards
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge
- Ability to follow instructions and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- Age 18 or older
Hours and Shift Pattern:
37.5 hours per week (plus a 30-minute unpaid break daily), 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts between 04:00-12:00 or 10:00-18:00.
