The Role
We are looking for retail merchandisers to join a successful team. Work will be carried out in a variety of grocery storefronts across Manchester. Duties include de-merchandising and re-merchandising to planograms, cleaning fixtures, reprofiling fixtures for customer navigability, transporting stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor and supporting the store with replenishment. Shifts are 10–12 hours long, day and night – most shifts are nights. You will use a smartphone with our Field Power platform to set your availability, accept shifts and clock in/out via the RAS Dashboard. Travel may be required when local work is not available. Accommodation will be provided when staying away from home. A vehicle is preferable.

- General level of fitness – manual handling and lifting will be involved
- Hard working and ability to work under pressure
- Previous experience in retail, although training will be provided
- Problem solving and a "can do" attitude
- Must be able to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights when required
