The predicted salary is between 15.41 - 15.41 £ per hour.
Location: CARDIFF
Pay range: £14.29 – £15.41 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (base £12.75 – £13.75 + £1.54 – £1.66 holiday pay). Immediate start. Holiday pay included.
We are looking for a number of retail merchandisers to join our successful team. Work will be carried out in a variety of retail stores, with travel varying shift‑by‑shift. Own vehicle an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- De‑merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning the fixture where required.
- Reprofiling fixtures to ensure products are shoppable for customers.
- Transporting stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor.
- Supporting the store with replenishment as needed.
- Shifts between 10‑12 hours, days and nights (most shifts are nights).
- May involve travel for local work; accommodation provided when required to stay away from home.
- Clock in/out using smartphone via the RAS Dashboard.
- Availability set via the Field Power platform.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Eye for detail.
- General level of fitness; manual handling and lifting will be involved.
- Hard working and able to work under pressure.
- Previous retail experience preferred; training provided.
- Problem solving and a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Must be able to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights.
- Age 18+ required.
