Role Overview
At RAS Supply Chain Integrity we protect stock accuracy for major retailers. As a Warehouse Stock Auditor you will carry out daily physical stock checks to ensure pallets, cages, and loads match paperwork and delivery requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physical audits of pallets, cages, and trailer loads.
- Check outbound loads against driver paperwork and delivery requests.
- Verify inbound deliveries and report discrepancies.
- Record audit outcomes accurately.
- Escalate stock errors or mismatches quickly and professionally.
- Work to daily targets and quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement by spotting recurring issues.
- Follow site safety procedures and work efficiently in a mixed environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in a warehouse environment (stock control, checking, audit, picking, dispatch, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and confidence with basic calculations.
- Ability to work to targets while maintaining high standards.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge.
- Ability to follow instructions and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Age 18 or older.
Hours & Shift Pattern
37.5 hours per week (plus a daily 30-minute unpaid break). Five days per week of 8-hour shifts between 14:00-22:00.
