RKW’s Finance function is evolving – and from the merger of our Credit Control and Disputes Resolution teams, we have now created a new role for a Credit Control Administrator. This is a wonderful chance for someone who is looking to start in credit control / credit management. You will be working as part of the wider credit function in a large, growing, fast-paced family‑owned company. You may already be in an Accounts team role – or you might be working in Customer Service, Sales Order Processing, or Operational Admin – what we’re really looking for is great attention to detail, a head of numbers and the sort of approach that gets things done. With this new team structure, a clear career progression pathway has been established, with role‑specific training and development available.

Job Role: To support the Credit Controller in ensuring that the assigned customer accounts are in line with the companies trading terms.

Specific Duties:

  • Allocation of receipts to customer accounts
  • Matching receipts against Invoices
  • Liaising with other departments to resolve debit note requests
  • Raising Credit Notes for Debit notes once approved
  • Ad‑Hoc Duties
