Management Accountant - Hatfield
We are searching for a proactive finance professional to work closely with Head Office teams, Regional Finance Managers, Commercial Analysts, and Clubs to ensure allocated P&L lines are accurately reported within the Management Accounts. The role involves taking ownership of designated accounts, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, analyzing variances, and supporting the monthly reporting process in line with financial deadlines and accounting policies. Additional responsibilities include reconciling balance sheet accounts, supporting the year-end audit process, resolving queries with stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes.

Qualifications
- Qualified accountant with a recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Previous experience of month end reporting within a finance team.
- Proactive and self‑motivated approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
- Strong MS Excel skills and experience working with international entities.
