We are working with a global hospitality group to recruit a data-driven and results-focused Stock Analyst. Based in West Drayton, this role supports multiple venues across the UK, helping to optimise stock performance, reduce waste, and improve profitability.

The Role

You will be the go-to expert for stock analysis, working closely with site teams to identify inefficiencies and implement smarter practices. This is a hands-on role requiring advanced Excel skills, strong communication, and a passion for delivering commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse stock usage, trends, and performance across multiple hospitality venues
• Build reports and forecasting tools using advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
• Collaborate with site managers to improve ordering, reduce wastage, and boost margins
• Present insights to senior stakeholders and support strategic decision-making
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across the estate
