Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop a motivated team to deliver exceptional service and strong commercial results. Drive sales performance through effective KPI management and daily floor leadership. Maintain impeccable store standards, visual presentation and operational excellence. Create a positive, inclusive and collaborative team culture. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing staff development. Manage stock levels, replenishment, deliveries and store operations. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and health & safety standards. Represent the brand values through confident leadership, communication and customer engagement. About You Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager within fashion, accessories or beauty retail. Proven track record of driving sales, achieving KPIs and elevating customer experience. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, empower and develop a team. Customer-centric mindset with a natural ability to build rapport and create loyalty. Excellent organisational, operational and problem-solving skills. Leads from the front, sets the tone and creates a high-energy environment. Flexible to work weekends, evenings and peak trading periods.
