This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for a confident Garment Technologist who thrives in a commercial environment. Youll work closely with Buying, Design, and Suppliers to ensure fit, quality, and compliance across multiple product categories.

Key Responsibilities & skills

  • Manage fit sessions and ensure garments meet brand standards for quality, fit, and construction
  • Create and update technical packs, size specs, and grading rules
  • Liaise with offshore suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure timely approvals
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with testing protocols and legal requirements
  • Collaborate with Buying and Design to deliver trend-led product that performs commercially
  • Support sustainability initiatives and fabric innovation where relevant
  • Proven experience as a Garment Technologist in a retail or supplier setting
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and fit across multiple categories
  • Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience working with offshore suppliers and managing critical paths
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for product
