About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Support the opening, daily running, and closing of the boutique
- Recruit, coach, and inspire a team to deliver elevated, personable service
- Drive sales through strong KPI management and confident commercial decision-making
- Maintain impeccable VM standards
- Ensure operational excellence, stock accuracy, and seamless back-of-house processes
- Build lasting client relationships to maximise conversion and repeat visits

- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager / Supervisor in customer-facing retail
- Able to motivate and develop a team in a high-energy, guest-focused environment
- Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working at pace
