The Role
Inspire customers through expert fragrance knowledge and storytelling
Deliver a warm, personalised service aligned with luxury brand standards
Drive sales through exceptional product knowledge and genuine client engagement
Maintain immaculate counter presentation and uphold brand visual guidelines
Support with stock management, replenishment and daily operational tasks
Build lasting client relationships and contribute to a positive team environment
About You
Passionate about luxury and fragrance
Naturally confident, engaging and customer-focused
Professional, well-presented and able to embody a premium brand
Strong communication skills with the ability to create meaningful connections
Retail experience within beauty, fragrance or luxury fashion is highly desirable
