The Role
Insurtech Insights are currently looking for a talented graphic designer to join our growing team. This role is responsible for the design and creative output based on concepts and briefs created by the marketing team within the company, communicating with marketing and content teams to deliver best in class work. From banner ads, social media posts, EDM designs, illustration and animation, this person is responsible for ensuring brand consistency throughout all brand channels.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver creative output based on marketing concepts and briefs
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency
- Produce banner ads, social media posts, EDM designs, illustrations and animations
- Maintain high-quality design standards across all brand channels
Qualifications and Skills
- Full understanding of Adobe Creative Suite
- A desire to learn new tools and techniques and share them with the team
- Strong visual, interactive and graphic design skills
- Approaching briefs with a conceptual attitude
- Ability to balance across multiple projects
- Passion and curiosity about the latest design innovations
- HTML and CSS knowledge is a plus
- Agency experience is a plus
- Communicative; able to write clearly for email campaigns
- Detail-oriented with responsibility for email marketing campaigns and website updates
- Driven with ambitious targets
- Ownership mindset; ensure external communications are at a premium level
- Problem solver; able to think quickly and calmly under pressure
Start date and Location
Start date: As soon as possible
Location: Onsite, Buckingham Gate, Monday to Friday. Fast-paced, in-person collaboration to create market-leading events throughout the calendar year.
