We are strengthening the retail ecosystem by building a platform for insights, inspiration, and networking, connecting more than 3,000 leaders yearly from over 15 countries. Retail Insights is part of United Media, which focuses on building large-scale industry media and conference products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, etc. As of today, we have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one.

Your Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will vary; however, some key tasks include:
- Planning, structuring, and coordinating conferences strategically; selecting dates, venues, and negotiating the best prices
- Creating exceptional conference experiences by innovating with new ideas and opportunities
- Negotiating with vendors (catering, accommodation, transportation, facilities)
- Handling operational aspects such as floor planning, invitations, signage, and special needs requirements
- Managing conferences to ensure smooth execution and high attendee satisfaction, surpassing previous standards

- Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree with excellent results

Start date
Flexible. This role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based at our offices at Buckingham Gate. Working at a fast pace and collaborating in person is essential to create market-leading, unmatched events throughout the year. We look forward to welcoming you to our team.
