Part of United Media, we focus on building large-scale industry media and conference products across sectors like insurance, HR, private equity, and retail. Currently, we have launched 8 media companies and acquired one.

Your Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Planning, structuring, and coordinating conferences at a strategic level, including selecting dates and venues and negotiating costs
- Creating exceptional conference experiences through innovative ideas
- Negotiating with vendors such as caterers, accommodation providers, and transportation services
- Handling operational aspects like floor planning, invitations, signage, and printing
- Ensuring smooth execution during conferences to surpass attendee satisfaction
What we expect from you
We seek someone with a strong work ethic, a sense of urgency, and a drive for excellence. You should take ownership, be proactive, and follow through. Humility and passion for building new businesses are essential. Specifically, we expect that you:
- Have a bachelor\’s or master\’s degree with excellent results
- Have experience or interest in event planning, coordination, marketing, or public relations
- Possess a UK work permit

- Are well-organized and able to prioritize effectively
- Enjoy building and maintaining relationships
