Retail Insights is part of United Media ( https://www.united-media.com/ ) which focuses on building large scale industry media and conferences products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, etc. As of today, we have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one.

Your Responsibilities
Responsibilities in this job will vary however, they will be mostly centred around:
- Team Leadership:Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Set clear goals and expectations and evaluate team performance regularly. Recruiter and onboard your team.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Campaign Management:Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, website etc.
- Strategic Planning:Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company\’s overall objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

- Have +10 years of work experience with outstanding performance in the industry.

Flexible
Monday – Friday we work from our office (next to Victoria Station) and do not offer remote work.
