Your Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to:
- Prepare a list of required information following the completion of the bookkeeping functions.
- Set up and monitor bank payments on various banking platforms.
- Credit control functions including preparing statements for clients.
- Prepare VAT returns and submit once approved.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare system driven management accounts.
- Prepare supplier reconciliations.
- Purchase ledger and sales ledger functions.
- Build & maintain adequate knowledge of Zero accounting package.

- Have acquired a finance bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding results (finance exams are a plus).
- 2+ years experience in finance.
- Have a UK work permit.
- Have an exceptional attention to detail.
- Have excellent problem-solving skills.
- Are highly process-oriented and systematic.
Start date: Flexible. The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based in our offices at Buckingham Gate. It is essential we work at a fast pace and collaborate in person to create market-leading, unmatched events throughout the calendar year. It will be great to have you as part of our team.
