What will you do?

  • As Product Owner: Translate product roadmaps into actionable backlog items. Refine, prioritise, and maintain the product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Facilitate feedback loops between Product Managers, delivery teams, and customers. Monitor delivery outcomes and help shape priorities. Plan and sequence work across sprints.
  • As Scrum Master: Lead agile ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews. Coach and support the team to embed agile practices and continuous improvement. Remove blockers to keep delivery on track. Track and share delivery progress through transparent reporting. Build a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or in a similar agile delivery role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Skilled in backlog refinement, prioritisation, and facilitation.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Organised, proactive, and delivery-focused.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, CSM, or PSM.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
  • Exposure to product analytics, customer feedback, or UX collaboration.
