Are you ready to push your career in an exciting, fast-growing company?

We’re Retail Insight, a cutting-edge software and analytics company that helps businesses unlock their potential through data-driven solutions. We’re looking for a talented Product Designer to help shape exceptional, user‑centred product experiences. You’ll work closely with senior designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver thoughtful design solutions, improve usability, and contribute to the evolution of our design system and visual language.

This role is ideal for someone who’s ready to grow their design craft, build strong cross‑functional relationships, and make a tangible impact on product outcomes.

What You’ll Do;

  • Collaborate with senior designers, PMs, engineers, and analysts to understand problems and design effective solutions.
  • Use design thinking to explore and iterate — always starting with the “why.”
  • Create high-fidelity mockups using the RI Design System to support functional changes and new features.
  • Map and maintain user flows to visualise how people interact with our products.
  • Contribute to maintaining and developing the RI Design System.
  • Partner with developers during handover to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Peer‑review team design work and stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in UX/UI design role within a tech or analytics company
  • A track record of translating problems into intuitive design solutions
  • Excellent Figma skills, including use of plugins and components
  • Experience with design systems
  • Ability to own the end‑to‑end design process and work independently

You’ll stand out if you also have;

  • Experience writing user journeys and research surveys
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, CSS, or HTML
  • Experience in retail or consumer goods companies
