Our engineering team are on the lookout for a talented Technical Product Owner to become part of a dynamic team that brings our ideas to life.

What will you do?

  • Translate product roadmaps into actionable backlog items.
  • Refine, prioritise, and maintain the product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate feedback loops between Product Managers, delivery teams, and customers.
  • Monitor delivery outcomes and help shape priorities.
  • Plan and sequence work across sprints.

As Scrum Master;

  • Lead agile ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews.
  • Coach and support the team to embed agile practices and continuous improvement.
  • Remove blockers to keep delivery on track.
  • Track and share delivery progress through transparent reporting.
  • Build a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability.

Our ideal candidate...

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or in a similar agile delivery role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Skilled in backlog refinement, prioritisation, and facilitation.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Organised, proactive, and delivery-focused.

Bonus points if you also have;

  • Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, CSM, or PSM.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
  • Exposure to product analytics, customer feedback, or UX collaboration.
