Working as the number two in store, the successful candidate will partner closely with the Store Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the operation. This opportunity would suit an experienced Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or Department Manager with a background in homeware, furniture, general merchandise, or high-volume retail. The ideal candidate will be confident analysing KPIs, coaching colleagues to perform at their best and creating a positive and productive working environment. Strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and a hands‑on leadership style are all essential.
