We are looking for a Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the store, supporting colleagues, and delivering excellent customer service.
Availability Window:
- Sun: 15:00-23:00
- Mon: 07:00-15:00
- Wed: 15:00-23:00
- Thu: 15:00-23:00
- Fri: 16:00-23:00
As a Shift Leader, you will:
- Work in a fast-paced retail environment, taking ownership of running duty shifts and coordinating the team
- Be there for customers, listening to them and helping to make sure they leave the store with what they came for
- Look for ways to improve service, including coaching colleagues and giving feedback to the team
- Guide and support colleagues in-store, maintaining a safe and clean environment
- Maintain a great understanding of store performance and assist managers in delivering actions to improve the store
You will need:
- To be a great role model, giving thoughtful customer service and building strong relationships with colleagues
- To be a clear communicator, comfortable using various methods to keep the team well-informed
- To be comfortable taking the lead, overseeing the store in the absence of the Manager
- To be a good decision maker, flexible and able to handle change
