We are seeking a Tesco Colleague to join our team in Cambridge. As a colleague, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, working across the store in our service, picking, and replenishment areas, and maintaining a safe and effective working environment.
The role offers a competitive rate of pay, starting from £12.45 an hour, with opportunities for additional payments depending on location. We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with flexibility to work fewer hours if desired.
Responsibilities:
- Know your customers and serve them with passion and pride
- Be passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within the store
- Work across the store in our service, picking, and replenishment areas
- Put into practice the training you have received to work safely and effectively
- Making decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines in store that meet their needs
- Taking part in seasonal, community, and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere
Requirements:
- A passion for delivering great service and building rapport with customers
- The ability to take the initiative and make decisions that are right for customers
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate openly with others
