Assistant Merchandiser – Luxury Brand | Immediate Start | Temp Role | Head Office Based
A leading luxury brand is seeking an experienced Assistant Merchandiser to join their head office team on an immediate start temporary contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced, high-profile environment supporting the merchandising function across key product categories. Due to the nature of the role, this position is fully office-based (no hybrid working).
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Merchandiser with trading analysis and reporting
- Updating and maintaining WSSI and stock plans
- Managing intake, allocations and stock movement
- Producing weekly sales and performance reports
- Assisting with re-forecasting and OTB management
- Liaising cross-functionally with Buying, Planning and Retail teams
About You:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Merchandiser within fashion or luxury retail
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas essential)
- Confident working with large data sets and reporting to tight deadlines
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Immediately available and able to commit to a full-time office-based role
