We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Garment Technologist to join a growing fashion and activewear business on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract.
You will work across the full product development process, ensuring high standards of fit, quality, functionality and technical performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage technical fit development and critical path deadlines
- Maintain quality, fit and grading standards
- Conduct fit reviews, wearer trials and sample tracking
- Work closely with Design, Buying and Supplier teams
- Support factory inspections, audits and corrective action plans
- Review customer feedback and returns data
- Oversee fabric testing and technical approvals
About you
- 6-8 years' garment technology experience
- Previous senior or managerial responsibility
- Strong sportswear or activewear technical knowledge
- Excellent understanding of garment construction, patterns and manufacturing
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills
