They are seeking an experienced Head of buyer to lead their ambient category, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of their premium product offering. As Head of Buying, you will be managing grocery, ambient, and health & well-being categories. This position with oversea the strategy and will have exposure to talk panels internally and a key figure with supplier relationships. The role manages a team of 8 who will need to be developed and expertly guided through to larger positions. Reporting to the commercial director, you will influence long-term strategy, drive profitability, and play a key role in business expansion over the next three to five years.
