We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our vibrant head office team as a Sales Audit Administrator based at our Head Office in Carlisle, Cumbria. If you would like to be part of a forward-thinking business and have a job with excellent career prospects, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- The post holder will be a key member of the shop audit section. This section's objective is to audit EWM and Ponden Home shop returns on a weekly basis in a timely manner in order to download the sales quickly and effectively to the company's accounting system.
- Monitor and process shop petty cash changes on a weekly basis.
- Reconcile Love2shop vouchers/capital bond vouchers and raise invoices for them on a weekly basis.
- Log golf vouchers and raise invoices on a weekly basis.
- Monitor and chase up outstanding unpaid invoices.
- Deal with credit card charge-backs by collecting relevant information and responding to Worldpay within timelines.
- Log manual credit card slips and remit for payment.
- Arrange and order new data and equipment in advance of new store openings.
- Process gift voucher orders from stores as and when required.
- Send documentation/supplies to stores as and when required.
- Ensure stores have relevant information regards floats, gift vouchers etc prior to a store closure.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills as they will be dealing with stores on a daily basis.
- Good Microsoft Office skills (i.e. Excel and Word).
- Good numeracy and accuracy.
- The ability to work in a team and on their own initiative.
- Good time management and the ability to work to deadlines.
