Assistant Store Manager in Royal Tunbridge Wells

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager to join a well-loved retailer in a busy store! Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales, supporting the day-to-day running of the store, and creating a positive environment where both customers and the team can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading, motivating, and developing the -store team to achieve sales targets
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high store presentation standards
• Assist with stock management, merchandising, and product displays
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve store performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety, and operational standards
• Take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence

About You

• Previous experience in a retail supervisory, senior sales, or Assistant Manager role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• A positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
