What You’ll Do:
Lead by example, delivering exceptional service to every guest.
Support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Motivate and coach the team to achieve high performance and maintain our quality standards.
Monitor stock levels, handle deliveries, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Assist in managing rotas, ensuring adequate staffing levels for peak times.
Handle customer feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all food hygiene regulations.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
You will have previous experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role within a Hospitality or fast paced restaurant setting.
Have a passion for great Italian food and creating memorable customer experiences.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
