Are you an energetic and inspiring retail leader looking to take the next step in your management career? We're recruiting for a Team Manager to join a thriving store in Oxford's prestigious Westgate Shopping Centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful retail business that has delivered strong turnover growth year-on-year for the past three years, with the Oxford store

The Role

As one of two Team Managers, you'll play a key role in driving commercial performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and developing a high-performing team. Reporting into the Assistant Manager and Store Manager, you'll help lead a team of 16 colleagues, ensuring the store consistently exceeds expectations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading, motivating and coaching a team to deliver outstanding results
• Driving sales performance through excellent customer service and commercial awareness
• Supporting recruitment, training and people development initiatives
• Creating a positive and engaging store culture
• Managing day-to-day store operations and maintaining high visual standards
• Acting as a role model on the shop floor, leading by example and inspiring the team

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader or management role within retail
• A natural people leader with strong coaching and development skills
• High energy, positivity and a hands-on management style
• Commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and KPIs
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership

Package

• Salary: £28,300
• £13.96 per hour
• 39 hours per week
