The Role
As Store Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a busy convenience store. You’ll lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain high operational standards. This is a hands‑on leadership role where commercial awareness and people management are key.

- Salary: £38,000 - £45,000

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Deputy Manager within UK convenience retail
