A renowned skincare, fragrance and beauty company is looking for an experienced Mobile Store Manager to provide leadership support across its London retail network.
This is a unique opportunity for a strong Store Manager who enjoys working across different environments and wants exposure to a variety of stores, teams and customer profiles.
You’ll step in wherever the business needs additional leadership support – whether that’s recruitment gaps, long-term absence, holidays, particularly busy trading periods or additional management support.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing Store Manager-level leadership across London
- Moving between different store environments according to business needs
- Quickly understanding each store, team and commercial opportunity
- Driving sales, KPIs and customer experience
- Supporting teams through periods of change and transition
- Coaching and developing colleagues across different locations
- Maintaining strong operational and service standards
- Identifying what each store needs and putting effective plans in place
- Supporting flagship stores, smaller locations and outlet environments
- Building strong relationships with different teams and adapting your leadership style accordingly
About you
You’ll be a confident and adaptable Store Manager who genuinely enjoys variety.
You’ll need:
- Proven Store Management experience
- Strong commercial and operational understanding
- Excellent people-management and coaching skills
- The confidence to walk into a new store and quickly take ownership
- A proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to adapt to different teams, store formats and trading environments
- A passion for customer experience and delivering high service standards
- A genuine appetite for learning and progression
This role would suit a high-performing Store Manager who enjoys being challenged and wants to broaden their experience across a leading beauty business.
Flexibility to travel across London is essential.
