We're looking for an experienced Concession Manager to lead a luxury retail concession in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven manager who thrives in a luxury environment, loves building high‑performing teams, and knows how to deliver an exceptional customer experience while exceeding sales targets.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, inspire, and develop a talented retail team.
- Drive sales performance and exceed commercial targets.
- Deliver outstanding luxury customer experiences.
- Build strong relationships with host store partners.
- Ensure exceptional operational, stock, and visual merchandising standards.
- Champion CRM, clienteling, and customer loyalty initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' retail management experience.
- Luxury, premium, or high‑end retail background preferred.
- Proven track record of driving sales and team performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Passion for delivering world‑class customer service.
- Additional language skills are a bonus.
