Dresses Buyer – 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
We’re looking for a trend-driven Dresses Buyer to develop an exciting, commercially successful collection that reflects our customer and responds to the latest market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver trend-led, commercially balanced dress collections.
- Drive product strategy, sales, margin and profitability.
- Manage OTB, in-season trading, reorders and markdowns.
- Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, quality and lead times.
- Analyse sales, trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with Design, Merchandising and wider teams to deliver the seasonal range.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in dresses buying and product development.
- Strong trend awareness and commercial acumen.
- Experience managing OTB, trading and supplier negotiations.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
- A proactive, adaptable approach in a fast-paced retail environment.
