Join a globally recognised beauty and wellbeing brand with a strong presence across department stores, travel retail and leading online retailers. As part of the Wholesale & Travel Retail team, you’ll play an important role in strengthening our brand presence across partner channels, building meaningful retail relationships and delivering an exceptional online customer experience.
We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our London Head Office team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Senior Key Account Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of Pure Player accounts, driving sales growth and delivering commercial targets. You’ll build and manage key retailer relationships, optimise online visibility and digital merchandising, deliver marketing campaigns and trade activity, monitor sales and stock performance, and work closely with internal teams across Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and Digital to ensure account plans are delivered effectively.
The successful candidate will have strong commercial and account management experience, ideally with exposure to Pure Player or online retail accounts. You’ll have a good understanding of digital merchandising and the tools used to drive online visibility, conversion and sales growth, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, organisation and project management skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively and take a hands-on, proactive approach. A willingness to embrace change, drive initiatives and continually improve will also be key to success in the role.
This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity based at our London Head Office. The role offers a competitive salary alongside a discretionary annual bonus scheme, employee discount, training and development opportunities, wellbeing initiatives and an Employee Assistance Programme, as well as company and team events.
