Junior Buyer, Menswear

We’re working with an established and distinctive multi-channel fashion retailer with a strong heritage and a growing presence across the UK and international markets. The brand is recognised for its considered design, original prints, attention to detail and strong customer proposition, with a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture where people are encouraged to make an impact.

We’re looking for a talented junior buyer – menswear to develop and select a commercially successful product range across retail and e-commerce. This will be across multi-product. Working closely with design, merchandising, production and garment technology, you’ll manage range development, supplier relationships, cost negotiations, critical paths and product delivery, while analysing weekly sales performance and identifying opportunities to drive growth and manage risk.

The successful candidate will have relevant buying experience within menswear clothing, strong commercial and product knowledge, and a genuine eye for contemporary fashion and trends. You’ll be confident working cross-functionally, influencing at all levels and making proactive commercial decisions. The ability to manage multiple priorities, work at pace and meet deadlines is essential, alongside a self-motivated, entrepreneurial approach and strong attention to detail.

The role offers a salary of£45,000, alongside an annual bonus opportunity and an excellent benefits package including hybrid working with four days in the office, up to 33 days’ holiday, two additional paid volunteering days, 50% staff discount, subsidised BUPA dental insurance, healthcare cash plan, life assurance, interest‑free season ticket loan and pension contribution. This is a hybrid role, with three to four days in the office.
