A financial services company is seeking an experienced financial controller to join its London based finance team and support continued international growth across multiple regions. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role will lead financial operations, deliver accurate and timely IFRS reporting, maintain strong internal controls, and provide commercial insight to support strategic decision-making. You will own the month-end close, oversee budgeting and forecasting and play a key role in implementing a new system. You will also ensure compliance with FCA and other international regulatory requirements, act as a key contact for auditors and advisors, and partner closely with senior stakeholders and regional teams to deliver KPI reporting and performance analysis.
Ideally, you will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with proven experience in the financial services industry. You will bring strong IFRS and regulatory knowledge, experience managing junior team members, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and BI reporting tools is a strong advantage.
