Costa Coffee, part of the Coca‑Cola System, is seeking a Finance Manager – Commercial B2B to shape financial insight across the ‘We’re Serving’ platform.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end‑to‑end financial ownership of the We’re Serving P&L, including period‑end reporting, performance commentary and KPI insight.
- Partner with Sales, Operations and Supply Chain teams to understand cost drivers, influence decision‑making and drive commercial performance.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and planning processes, ensuring clear alignment on risks, opportunities and business performance.
- Develop high‑quality financial reporting and analysis to provide timely, actionable insight across stakeholders.
- Support commercial growth through pricing governance, contract negotiations, new business proposals and key strategic projects.
Qualifications
- Newly qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with solid understanding of financial accounting and controls.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and financial modelling capability to interpret complex data and drive insight.
- Proven experience in commercial finance, with ability to business‑partner effectively across Sales, Operations and other functions.
- Background in fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment such as retail, FMCG or hospitality, with exposure to operational P&Ls.
- Proactive, resilient and adaptable team player, with strong communication skills and drive to make a tangible impact.
Location
Right now, Support Centre teams work flexibly, blending home working with in‑person time whenever it matters most. In January 2027, we will move into a new site in St Albans, where teams will work three days a week in‑person to collaborate and support the brand.
