We're growing fast, opening beautiful neighbourhood restaurants, and we're looking for a Finance Business Partner - FP&A who loves numbers and people in equal measure. Someone who can spot the story behind the data, challenge assumptions, and help our teams make smarter commercial decisions every day. What you'll be doing
- Act as a trusted finance business partner to non-finance stakeholders across a multi-site business
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes
- Produce meaningful variance analysis and performance commentary with clear, actionable insight
- Build financial models, scenario analysis, and business cases
- Develop and maintain Power BI (or similar) dashboards and performance reporting
- Analyse operational KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support commercial decision-making through robust financial analysis
Management accounting & financial control (30-40%)
- Support the preparation and review of monthly management accounts
- Ensure accurate accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Analyse P&L performance and clearly explain movements to stakeholders
- Support month-end close, including journals and reporting deadlines
- Maintain strong financial controls and support audit requirements
Systems & data (where the magic happens)
- Work with finance and operational systems including Fourth and Zonal
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across systems
- Use Excel and Power BI to analyse large datasets and produce insight
- Support continuous improvement of reporting, analytics, and processes
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or FP&A role
- Experience working within a multi-site environment
- Strong working knowledge of Power BI
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling, pivot tables, and lookups
- Ability to work effectively with non-finance stakeholders
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, changeable environment
Bonus points if you also have
- Experience using Fourth and Zonal systems
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience
- Experience within hospitality, retail, leisure, or a similar multi-site sector
